A life in crescendo
Mexico is the 14th world economy, with 110 million people and a growth rate
average annual 4.3% during the last ten years. In 2007 was the seventh destination
World tour by air, being the most important economic sector of the country after the
oil industry.
According to the Ministry of Tourism, in 2007 Mexico received about U.S. $ 3 billion mil.500
investment capital, an increase of 11.2% over 2006. The plan for new projects

build 25,610 rooms, representing an increase of 4.3% in the total capacity
hosting.
With an annual growth rate of 6.3% projected for the next 10 years, according to
WTTC (World Travel and Tourism), it is expected that in 2012 Mexico remains the
top tourist destination in Latin America.
